Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law"), your personal data is processed by Av. İlayda Demir Türk Hukuk Bürosu in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

If you use the contact form on this website, the following are processed: your name, email address, telephone number and the information you include in your message.

Data submitted through the contact form is directed to your email client via your browser, and no permanent record is kept server-side. However, temporary log records may be maintained for technical reasons and are deleted periodically.

• Responding to enquiries and meeting requests
• Providing legal advisory and advocacy services
• Carrying out conflict of interest checks
• Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and judicial authorities in the course of fulfilling legal obligations, and to service providers to the extent necessary to deliver the service. It is not otherwise shared with third parties.

6. Retention

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods prescribed by the applicable legislation; at the end of those periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

This website does not use cookies beyond those strictly necessary for its operation and does not run third-party analytics for visitor tracking. Should analytics or advertising cookies be introduced, a consent management tool will be added and this notice updated.
